Welcome back to Bets.ai’s blog – the Serie A section. No less than 6 teams are fighting for the 2024-2025 Scutetto. Napoli, Atalanta, Fiorentina, Fiorentina, Lazio, Inter and Juventus are all there in the title fight separated by just two points. It is irrelevant who leads the standings now because that can easily change from one round to another. And that tells us a lot about the Italian football: la dolce vita is back and dolce it is, Serie A’s stadiums are full, the matches are spectacular and packed with emotions.
We are not superstitious, Bets.ai is not afraid of the number 13. We estimate that it will be a beautiful round, in which many goals will be scored, and which will bring us some profit on our bets. Let’s take a look at the matches we have to watch this weekend:
Match of the weekend: AC Milan vs Juventus, the rossoneri currently only in 7th place. Juventus returns to Stadio San Siro after that formidable 4-4 against Inter three weeks ago. AC Milan comes after a spectacular 3-3 draw at Cagliari. Despite Juventus’ reputation of being a low-scoring team, I dare to predict that there will be goals in this match.
Ambitious Antonio Conte wants the title. Napoli are playing well again, the Diego Armando Maradona stadium is always full, and the absence of Osimhen, on loan to Galatasaray, is not noticeable for the time being.
AS Roma seems lost after they had the colossal lack of inspiration to appoint probably the most anti-game coach in Italian football – Ivan Juric. I’m so happy they got rid of him, but Giallorossi’s chances of getting anything from this season are very slim even though Claudio Ranieri has taken over the bench.
Atalanta has 6 wins in a row in Serie A and we anticipate that they will easily tick their 7th this weekend when they travel to Parma, a team that performs better away than at home.
Verona will host Inter. The last 5 meetings at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi have been high-scoring affairs, a habit that I believe will continue this season too.
Napoli will face AS Roma, and Lazio will play at home against Bologna. It’s worth noting that Bologna’s away matches had a lot of goals this season – and I think that the same outcome will happen this time: Over 2.5 is my bet even before seeing the estimated chances offered by our artificial intelligence.
Como has conceded at least one goal in each of the 12 rounds played so far – I think they will not escape from conceding at least a goal this round either, especially as they will have to face the ambitious Fiorentina (7 wins, 4 draws and only one defeat).
Venezia vs Lecce, Torino vs Monza and Empoli vs Udinese seem open to any result. But maybe our artificial intelligence will offer us some insights at the end of the week. Can’t wait to see them. Check out Bets.ai every Friday (or Tuesday if we have intermediate rounds) and you will see, besides the rich statistics, the AI’s estimated chances and the proposed predictions. A presto!
